Creating a Property Code
Sellers can create a unique Looptrex property code through the Looptrex app. The code may be shared with potential buyers without publicly sharing the seller’s personal phone number.
Sending a Ping
After submitting an offer through the appropriate real estate channel, a buyer can enter the seller’s Looptrex property code and send a private ping.
Receiving a Notification
When a buyer sends a ping, the seller receives a notification connected to the property code. Message and data rates may apply to SMS notifications.
Invalid or Unrecognized Property Codes
Check that the property code was entered exactly as provided. If the code is still not recognized, contact the seller or listing team to confirm the correct code.
Offer and Transaction Questions
Looptrex does not verify offers, receive offer documents, participate in negotiations, or provide information about the status of a real estate transaction.
Questions about an offer or transaction should be directed to the appropriate real estate agent, attorney, title professional, seller, buyer, or other authorized representative.
